Date :2009-11-04 08:49:24 In her lecture delivered in the Lecture Hall at the SCSS, Dr. Najat Juma'an, the Deputy Director of the Finance Institute at the Finance Ministry, and Supervisor on Businesswomen Department at the Consortium of Commerce Chambers, said that the Yemeni environment abounded with opportunities that were encouraging for the Yemeni women to become businesswomen but was beset by many challenges as well. Dr. Juma'an indicated that Yemen had many promising sectors, pointing to the sectors where women have achieved success such as education, health, agriculture, and agricultural marketing. The lecturer called on the Yemeni women who would like to engage in business enterprises to conduct feasibility studies and prepare accurate strategies for their projects should they want to achieve success.
